No menu, no english, charged for things we did not order and the waiter did not bother to explain as everything was in turkish. Avoid the restaurant as a foreigner!

We had a reservation for 55 people on 06.01.24. All the employees were very attentive… 10/10 in terms of entertainment, atmosphere and taste Gamze Öz and the orchestra were also very good, thank you everyone.

A disgraceful business. I don't know which one to start with. First of all, we made a reservation as a large group. They said that they are sensitive about the number of people, and if anyone does not come, they will STILL charge the fee. This is a disgraceful situation in itself, but we did not mind, we welcomed it, we determined the number of people meticulously, and there was no problem regarding the number of people. However, what kind of inconsistency is it to insist on this in such an absurd way and have such a disgraceful service approach? If you are so sensitive about the number of people, at least you should have a quality service approach. If there were zero points, I would give zero. The service was incredibly slow, nothing arrived on time, the fruit plate never arrived in its entirety, too much bill was charged at the end of the night, there are many more things to say, but whatever. It was a night where I regretted coming and inviting my friends here. A place I will never, ever step foot in again..

We went as a group. The break didn't feel hot. The main course arrived at 23.10. The meal came with a mixed grill the size of 3 meatballs. We were told that there was no fish left, but this was never asked in the first place. We paid 1300 TL per person. A place that does not deserve the money you pay...

First of all, to say this, it is not a place worth the money paid. You ask why ; A reservation was made for a birthday. When we entered the place for 15 people, the lady who was responsible for the reservation came to the street when she saw us. She made a reservation for the next Saturday, but thank God we had stated in the message that it was December 2nd, otherwise we would have stayed at the door. Afterwards, it was a complete fiasco. There is no such thing as service. Tablecloths made of curtains, dirty dishes, dirty appetizers. If there are 6 types, 4 of them are already yoghurt appetizers and the other 2 are tasteless appetizers that were put there just to be served, one liver arrived cold, I sent it back to be changed, I think it was heated in the microwave because the top was hot and the bottom was cold, the entrecôtes were missing, the fat of the meatballs was hard, only the grilled chicken was good. But the room came in the size of 2 fingers. Even the fruit plate in the fix menu did not come. Think about it, you ask for bread, it comes late, it is a ridiculous place. In short, we suffered humiliation. Instead of being happy on my birthday, my night was humiliated because of people's complaints. If I am left with a place that I will never pass in front of or behind again, the fix they give is 450₺.
